“When I joined US Mobile, it was because I had a GSM phone, and there was a limited number of providers in the USA. Of the providers available, none offered a strictly prepaid plan, but US Mobile allowed me to only purchase the services I needed, and it had much better customer service reviews than the other provider I was considering. Coverage with my GSM phone was spotty in most of the places I have lived (my friends never had trouble finding a signal), but I have had only good experiences with the US mobile staff. With my 4G phone, I have not had any coverage problems, and I still enjoy US Mobile's prices and customer service.”
