“Fairly easy to set up/use. But service is the issue it's spotty at best I included my wife on the usmoble and sometimes service doesn't work she can't make calls and no internet also when I purchase data it never works waste of money and these problems force me to seek another service.”

“I am still waiting on a replacement starter kit I have been in contact with customer support several times recently in regards to getting another kit as my phone died and they are supposed to have shipped another kit for a new phone that I have. Most times, customer support is pretty good but not sure about using Chat for support as it is sort of a run around and they do not seem to have all the information for proper support. You also end up repeating previous information that you have already supplied. Like my phone service when I have it.”

“At first, the service was somewhat reliable. You get what you pay for. Calls are most always dropped after they ring. Occasionally my wife will call me back but most often that never goes through either. I'm just throwing money away and will soon leave. I can't even call the voicemail with my phone, it says connected but I cannot hear a thing and eventually, it drops. Worthless.”

“You get a sim card in the starter kit. Actually you get 2 sim cards. One is for use on the Verizon network while the other is for use on the T-mobile network. At first tried the verizon network. It was slow in my neighborhood with very spotty reception and only one bar. I ended up swapping it out for the T-mobile sim. It works beautifully well! 4 bars at home. Excellent reception everywhere and no dropped calls. The starter kit instruction is easy to understand. You will be up and running in 10 minutes. I just used the usmobile chat to activate on us mobile network. Make the commitment today!”
