“It’s a starter kit, not much to say. Set up was easy and I was up and running in minutes. What more could you want from a starter kit! So let’s move on to the actual service, not customer support, that’s always been excellent imho. But the actual tech provided. The first couple years of service was great and I had zero complaints about it. But then came the eSim upgrades. I really can’t recommend US mobile as being reliable post this upgrade. My experience went from being on par to Verizon at a fraction of the cost, to having extreme signal issues on a regular basis. Living in a metropolis area with full Verizon coverage throughout, I shouldn’t have any coverage issues. And I definitely didn’t for the first two years with US Mobile, or the 20yrs before with Verizon. But now I constantly lose signal to the point where I have to completely reboot my device just to get it back. One of my main jobs is as a delivery person. And up until the eSim issues I never had any problems. But service is so unreliable now that I’m not sure how realistically this provider makes sense for me. I need reliable service while doing deliveries. And without it, or with one that’s constantly in and out like US Mobile is now, it’s hard to say if the savings on my bill out ways the financial loss while working. Every time I need to reboot device just to start a delivery or communicate with a customer it’s costing me minutes. Which eats into how many deliveries I eventually will take in a shift, which means less money made in the end. Overall, this service may be fine for light users. But I can’t at the moment recommend it for anyone needing a phone for work purposes. Or if you’re able to, just don’t activate the eSim option on your device. Once you do that there’s apparently no going back. And even if you’re device isn’t actually compatible with the eSim option, you won’t know that until it’s too late.”

“I like US Mobile because of the coverage, I pretty much have a signal wherever I go. I like the fact I can switch phones with no problems at all. And I like the price. Thank You.”
