“It's fine. I wish US Mobile did a few things better though. First, I wish my family could log in / view their own accounts even though they're all on my plan. I have 4 lines - for each family member, and I really think I should get a perk for maintaining all 4 with US Mobile. I didn't even get sign up bonuses. Customer service has gotten worse recently. Slow to respond to my issues and generally less helpful. Otherwise than that, I appreciate the price advantage and [mostly] the TMobile coverage.”
