“The Kit was shipped promptly, and received in a timely fashion. The Kit included both Verizon and T-Mobile SIM cards...which may be OK for your purposes...but makes it confusing for those I have recommended for your Service; as they activated the wrong Network...more than the correct one. But, as a whole..the Starter Kit is good.”
