“Very easy to use. Just verified that my phone is compatible, and put in the card when it quickly came. However, when there was a software update I was not notified that a new SD card was needed. Only after strange issues arose with texting and I contacted customer support, then they told me I needed a new card because of the software update. I wish I was contacted ahead of time so I didn't have to miss texts and have to wonder what the problem was.”

“It was helpful to have more than one SIM card size. It was also helpful to have the metal device used to eject the SIM card holder in my phone. It was great! It contained all the parts I was looking for and more.”
