“the starter kit didn't set up properly so I had to call and after a lot of time (maybe an hour?) and a couple of phone calls, they got me up and running. It's worked fine since then for several years.”

“Overall I'm pleased with the service, especially at the very reasonable price. Over the past few months though, I've noticed a significant reduction in cellular signal strength, resulting in my phone switching to Wi-Fi calling where available. In places without Wi-Fi though, I may end up without any cell signal at all, and that's a concern in case of an emergency, but also because it delays getting or placing calls and texts. I hope US Mobile takes steps to strengthen their cell network soon.”
