“Your Service is the BEST !!!! The kit (the card) does not work properly for my phone. I dont know what happened, but I cannot get certain websites I normally use and there are only two of them. So I am very disappointed I cannot see any Bus Times, which is all I use the www for.”

“My experience with US Mobile has been excellent in phone service quality. I had tested other discount services and would drop calls where my big company would drop calls. However, when I tested US Mobile I did not drop calls at the places where I did with the others. Normally, text chat service or call in service to the company has been great. We only experienced a delay in receiving my wife's phone a while back but that order was filled by your 3rd party contractor..Best Buy. US Mobile has been good for us!”

“The starter kit had 2 SIM cards. I like choice, but it turned out the one was recommended by USMobile customer service for iPhones, so I used that one. (Verizon)”

“I simply added the sim card and talked to the agent and I've had nothing but great service since that day, 2 yrs ago. I've also gotten a new phone and was able to transition my service. I love US Mobile.”
