“Your customer service people are generally very polite, patient, and sometimes helpful. However, there have been several times that I had issues with getting my phone to work and I was given information that was completely wrong. In addition, the last time I had to install a SIM card, I realized that the labeling on the two SIM cards did NOT tell me which card went with the service I needed. I had to guess, I was wrong and had to start over with the other card. I stay with US Mobile for its pricing and the ability to change my plan when I need to. I only use customer service only when absolutely necessary. BTW, turn off the Grammerly editing app. I don't generally need AI to tell me what to say or how to express myself..”
