“Honestly, you guys are amazing. Over the past several years, you've kept improving the value of my plans with more data, making USM a great service. And any trouble I've had had been helped by customer service. I recommend USM as much as I can. If I had any advice, it would be to use some cheap advertising, and try to get your SIM cards in a couple of stores (that's probably the biggest blocker is people like to be able to buy the cards somewhere). I guess eSIMs are the new way, but even purchasable data gift cards would be great for visibility. (Oh, it kind of sucks that I can't reuse my TMobile SIM cards once activated and lapsed. But I know that's from them, not USM) Cheers”

“I have been with USMobile for a while now and I am very pleased with the coverage and the cost as compared to my prior carrier. My wife was very loyal to her prior carrier but after realizing the cost savings by pooling with USMobile she decided to give USMobile a try. I think she is happy with the move. I have also been very pleased with the response time for support. I have since referred my sister to USMobile and she also is satisfied with her USMobile service. I hope that USMobile will continue to offer lower-cost options and continue to add new features and options to the service.”
