“There are problems with communication in the room. When calling , there are no beeps or unavailable . But in general everything is fine”

“The price is good, but you get what you pay for in this case. About a year ago, their advertising indicated that Wi-Fi calling was available on a wider variety of phone models and networks than it turned out to be. I purchased a new phone on their list of supported models for eSIM, but it turned out not to be supported. And if you travel and hope to rely on Wi-Fi calling while outside the country, do NOT remove your SIM card. Customer service told me that even if you reinsert it, Wi-Fi calling will not work for your US number unless you return to the US so it can reactivate (I haven't tested this, as I need access to my US number but spend up to a year at a time outside the country). Next time I return, I plan to switch carriers to a more reliable one.”

“Overall good, but extremely disappointed that after a very long time WiFi Calling is not possible on a Verizon-specific Samsung S20FE in spite of taking all updates and many calls to customer support.”
