“Had problems with Sim card, cust svc was really helpful. Was a hassle to get it right, altogether took about 2 or 3 weeks before they just FINALLY sent me another Sim card, then I had no problems after that. Commend the customer support if anything they tried too hard to help me. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and courteous.”

“Complicated. I had to contact Verizon several times in order to get the release code to transfer the phone over to US Mobile. That part took a couple of hours over three days. I also no longer have call or text over wifi like I did with Verizon. I'm still here for the less expensive cost, but wifi calling and texting was a tough one to loose.”

“It was easy to install, but probably because of the age of my phone, getting all things set up with calling, was a challenge. I was able to text and get online. It just took a couple of phone calls to get things straightened out. Even now though I may not get a phone call and it will just go to voicemail. And sometimes, texts may not come through quickly or for not an hour or so. I don't know if it's the service or the phone, but overall, I'm happy with it. It's cheaper than what I was using, and I've been able to keep my 2016 phone.”

“I switched to USMobile a year ago and haven't looked back since. I have 5g and more data for less money and great service. The switch was easy. Super happy with USMobile!”
