“Years ago, but as I remember there were some issues in the start up kit probably because I used my own phone, but the reps helped me work through it so that everything has worked fine since. Thanks”

“I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to have you stop billing me for two phones. I have not yet talked to a representative who understands the situation. Otherwise, my very limited service has been perfectly okay. But please, stop billing me for anything other than 869-1724. As I have pointed out several times, the phone for Shirl Cell (4908) was stolen and I asked you to cancel that service with a new phone, which you did. But you are still billing me for 4908 in addition to the billing for 1724. Thank you. Hugh Fowler”
