“I was quite happy with it but I do recall that I was supposed to get a free kit with the purchase if the phone ...phone bust have been drop shipped cause I got no kit with it. So I ordered a kit (for a small price)...then way later I received another kit! Who knows? Everything was clear and concise.”

“Us Mobile is by far the cheapest plan out there right now. The customer service is also quick and helpful, which is rare for low-cost plans. What I really like is that I can add data to a pool whenever needed, at only the cost of 1GB at a time. The update is instant too. There are times my phone won't connect to data for a while, but that's probably true for any provider. I haven't had any major issues with US Mobile and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a low-cost plan.”
