“That was a year ago, so it's difficult to recall the details. I just remember that it was complicated. What I had a real issue with was that I changed the credit card that was to be used for auto-pay. I apparently didn't do it right and you closed our account without any notice. I had to have help getting service re-established. That was aggravating.”

“I think the app is very helpful and the customer service is there when needed. One day service went dead and called the US Mobile person and she got my service back online in minutes. Now 15 months with them and I am happy so far. Have a nice day!”
