“I used the starter kit quite a while a go and don't have clear recollection of my exact experience. I can say that during the time I have been a customer, I've been pleased with the service and the value. One minor shortcoming: near my home, the USMobile transmission speeds are poor. This is typically not the case when I am out and about,but definitely barely acceptable near by. My son has an Iphone and his carrier performance in/near my house is outstanding.”

“US Mobile is just as good if not better than all the big company's. I've subscribed for 2 or 3 years now without a complaint. The prices are right, I've never even needed customer service, but it's there if you do need it. It's got everything you need at very fair prices”

“It was nice to have sim cards for both networks. I had to change back and forth when I visited Puerto Rico as Verizon does not work there and T Mobile does not work at home. This mad it easy to do with the help of the chat representative.”
