“I have been buying this flavour for many years now, but not only has the packaging changed, so has the taste. I'm extremely disappointed, and as a result will now be looking elsewhere for an alternative. If this is one of your best sellers, why would you want to change it? As a result, you will now be losing a very loyal customer.”

“I've been buying from VIP for years and continued using them due to this soft minty flavoured liquid in Triple Menthol Ice. Now the packaging has changed - I couldn't open the bottle! They have changed the nicotine strengths and worst is the taste! Its a very strong mint! You cant package something up with the same name when it clearly isn't the same. I've been informed that VIP are looking into this flavouring and are trying to resolve. I hope so or I wont be using VIP for much longer...”

“Annoying that they’ve changed the VG/PG ratio on all of their liquids. As someone else said, no different to all the other junk at petrol stations. Having a lower PG creates less hit in the throat and more smoke.... ultimately you end up taking longer draws and you burn through liquids a lot quicker. Probably in a stunt to drive profits which I’m not happy about. No doubt they’ll lose a lot of customers.”
