“OMG why did you change this liquid? I was loyal to you for a long time but tbh; I'm looking now elsewhere. New product is disgusting and I do agree with other comments: terrible aftertaste; sore throat and in my case cough which I never experienced with the old product. Can you please go back to the old supplier/manufacturer? And please do not ignore our comments here!!! Honestly, product taste cheap like from the corner shop.”

“Like many other customers I’ve been using triple menthol ice for a many years now and find this new flavour absolutely disgusting and it left me with a dry/sore throat after using for a few days. It is just like the cheap ones you would buy from Poundland or B&M’s. I’m not sure why you changed it when it was one of your bestsellers. I for one will not be ordering anymore from yourselves until It gets changed back to the original. It looks like you are going to lose a lot of custom through this change!”

“I’ve been using Triple Menthol Ice for years but now you’ve changed it and not for the better. The flavour is nothing like the old one and leaves a horrible aftertaste. Unfortunately I have just bought 21 bottles of something I can’t vape. Very disappointing. I will not be ordering this again until you return to the original flavour.”
