At the time of my initial order i had ordered, and paid for 4 or these items. On delivery of the rest of my order i found that there were no batteries included in the package but the delivery note said 4 were included in the package. I telephoned your office and reported this defect and was informed that the said items were out of stock at the time of dispatch and that you were awaiting delivery of said items and that i would receive a refund ASAP. The employee in your office promised to send me a promotion pack containing 1no battery in the interim until your stock was replaced, at this time of drafting this review 24/06/2020 i have not received the Refund or Battery. Not a Happy Customer !!!!!

Still waiting for this order of 2 spare batteries! I did email the company on 14th june but they havn't bothered to reply..I placed the order on 8th June.. How can i review if you havn't sent the order

Extremely disappointed in performance of the three NEW batteries sent with start up pack. Did not last as expected, tow dead already, third iffy! Made an order for ten packs of motives and two new batteries. Packets of motives arrived...... No batteries in parcel. Telephone call placed to VIP, no batteries in stock! Will refund me! What about the ten packets of motives which can't use? Sent me a gratis battery start up kit, hopefully new batteries being shipped today. Only today received email that the old system is no longer available. VIP have known that for months, why only announce it now? Management have no cares for Customers, fortunately for them they have excellent staff who keep us going back! I have been a customer for 8 years, very satisfied un till round about October last year when their service an supply became most UNRELIABLE. They do not care about Customer loyalty. If the new batteries I am expecting do not come up to standard, (and I will be keeping a close check), I will find an alternative device. This is a genuine heartfelt review, over the years I have recommended many people to VIP, I wish I still could. JPB Hanna 10.40 am 22nd June.20

The battery is probably OK, but not compatible with the charger and cartomisers. The compatible charger is out of stock, and the old style batteries, charges and cartomisers are no longer available. So pretty useless really.
