“Unfortunately I am still awaiting delivery of my order.
It seems the courier company you use do not have a suitable vehicle to deliver to required location.
I’m given an option of either collecting myself from depot or meeting the driver somewhere and loading them to my vehicle.
I find it totally unacceptable that I’m expected to do this!”

“Poor packaging!!! You need to tell your manufacturer to reinforce corners of the packaging because two sheets have two corners cracked also when I received my samples, these had protective film but none on the 8 sheets which I've ordered and are full of dust.”
