“They knew how to take money but forgot to deliver the products, they don't have a customer service phone number because of the complaints, they were supposed to be delivered 4 days ago and instead I wonder what products are missing, I don't recommend it, don't be surprised if you receive broken panels, I saw with my own eyes when the delivery man stepped on the panels”

Quick response in sending replacements
Replacements arrived damaged still no response on what they are planning to do
Some tiles with imperfections only spotted when fitted
Will have to live with as it can cause more damage to surrounding tiles to rectify”
