“Very uneven thicknesses and very friable also many tiles not square so difficult to use tile spacers would not recommend. However good efficient customer services in supplying replacement tiles for those that arrived broken”
“This company does not either deserve the effort writing the review or the one star awarded.
They sent the wrong size tile, accused me of ordering the wrong size, then had the cheek to charge me £40 for refusing to accept the delivery. The woman who I spoke to at customer services seemed like she hadn't got a clue what she was talking about and all she seemed interested in was charging me a 40 pounds charge.
Be very careful with these people and avoid is my advice.
Tiles direct on the other hand were wonderful.”
“Ordered two panels acoustic oak paid for someone to come fit them sadly one was grey other was oak sadnpart when I spoke to customer services I told the lady what happend all I got was sorry about that no care what's so ever but did change it next day so can't complain about the actual materials as they are worth buying quick delivery just really annoyed had to pay the man extra for them to be fitted as he had to come out twice would of got 5 star if it wasn't messed up order do check your orders before they leave to make sure of wrong could match.”
