“I nearly didn't write this review, because it's not a 100% customer satisfaction.
I ordered 10 of these tiles, and ticked the appropriate box regarding challenging deliver location, due to the very narrow roads. However..... the delivery driver of the monster truck phoned to say, he would need to meet me at the local supermarket because the 18 ton lorry wasn't going to be able to get to our address. So off I went to meet him. He load the tiles into my car, but I noticed some of the tiles were broken. I unpacked them at home to find 3 of the tiles were indeed broken. I am awaiting £15 refund on the delivery costs, and 50% refund on the said tiles. There was no point replacing the broken tiles, because it seemed likely I would again have to pay for delivery, but would actually have to get in my car and drive to meet the lorry driver.
Customer Service was very polite, and the actual tiles are lovely, but our instructions I were told did not reach the recipient of our order. I do not consider myself to be at fault, but feel I should have received
Delivery and cost of 3 tiles in full, but this wasn't possible apparently.”
“I have not opened or fitted them yet... It might be a while until I do so. I can not genuinely write a review about that however delivery driver was very rude and left the panels on the drive.”

We offer both a free cut and a full size sample of each of our tiles to ensure you are happy prior to proceeding with an order.
I cannot see you have contacted us to advise you are unhappy with the tiles, but we are always happy to help where we can, given the opportunity.
