Received an email from Amazon saying order had been cancelled - not by me a d when I rang Walls & Floors the nice lady said to wait a couple more days. I am completely flummoxed- can't review something that I haven't got.”
“After paying £20 for delivery my order wasn’t complete and I had to wait a further week for the remaining tiles I had already paid for! Then they eventually turn up smashed to pieces!”
“The tiles themselves are very stylish and great value. The only thing was when I opened one of the boxes, three of the tiles were broken and unusable. As I was not at home on delivery day and didn't open them until yesterday, it was too late to put in a claim. However, I think as you recommended extra for wastage I should get by.”
“Don’t bother ordering as the company lies first order went missing then after a review I got a call of Josh saying it would be sorted in the morning don’t worry I will call you with eta the the day came no deliver and Josh was on a day of they just fob you of hoping they can string you along just refund my money and I will pay a bit more but will get what I have paid for”
