“Unfortunately a chunk had come off one of the tiles and the others were odd in colour and not as good in terms of quality as the previous full size tile samples I received last year.
It's a shame because I am a returning customer and I came back to you because the initial tiles were really good. Maybe it was just a bad batch”
“Ordered 130 tiles on a Thursday expected delivery Monday ! Didnt receive it as they only had 88 so said I would accept them so kitchen fitter could at least do the floor ! Over night the 88 went down to 49 on calling spoke to staff who were sorry ???! She said she would have a look into what happen and call me back … I’m still waiting
My kitchen fitter wanted to be finished this week I am now going to have to pay him extra to come back
If when I paid for the full amount of tiles on the Thursday it was stated they didn’t have them I wouldn’t of ordered them
I definitely wouldn’t order from here again having kitchen done is stressful enough without this”
“I did not get to see the full size sample I ordered and paid for due to both delivery drivers not even attempting to deliver the tile despite waiting at home for it...very frustrating”
“These really look like a marble effect printed on to the tiles. I know that's what it is, but if you're hoping for something to give the illusion of marble, these probably aren't it.”
“Panels arrived perfect but I didn't actually notice until I put them up that the first panel was a different color to the others so I've had to order wood stain to make them all the same as I can't look at my wall and see two different shades.”
