“Ordered panels to be delivered last Friday. Was forced to pay for Delivery even though we had spent more than the advertised amount for free delivery, but because we live in Scotland we had to pay for delivery.
We were given a 2 hour window last Friday. Nobody appeared. We were then told they would be here the following day....again they didn't turn up. Received an email 2 days later to say that they won't be here until Wednesday this week (5 days late, no apology). I called customer services to ask for a refund on my delivery fee, and was told its too late.
I've used walls and floors twice before and not had problems, but this time will be the last.”
“Was really messed about with delivery took phone calls and multiple delivers to finally get all my tiles ! Took a week and half which was then too late for my fitter to put them up
The delivery company that they use sent a driver who would not even take the tiles of the van … he expected me to do that myself
On a brighter note I do like the tiles I was given a part refund …. However this has not covered my extra costs …. They did not turn out cheap in the end”
