Advertised as 10mm and they are more like 7mm. Complained and they said it was an error with website. No part refund or anything offered back as a good will gesture.

We love the final look of the tiles they were exactly what we were after and really compliment our kitchen but we had some issues getting there! Some tiles arrived damaged (no refund allowed as we didn't know we had to check the tiles and report damage within 48 hours, we werent quite ready to tile when they arrived hence not checking them right away). Also the tiles were difficult to cut.

Colour is actually mountain white not pearl.company renamed white as pearl very dissapointed as when i complained that in fact wrong colour was assured it was right.why rename from supplier same name but different shade. Bad lazy branding

Hi Roger, The manufacturer's name is Mountain White, however, as a company along with many other tile companies, we do change the names. I cannot see a sample was purchased prior to the main order, this is always recommended to ensure you are happy with the colour of the tile and that it is suitable for your project. Tiles came broken, I have reported it into email and get no answers. Very disappointed. Also delivery did not came on time ( but i payed for a quickest one).

Lovely tiles. But delivery was very expensive (£24.99) considering I only wanted 2 boxes of tiles. It was scheduled for delivery the next day & never arrived, after waiting in all day. Never had any contact from Walls & Tiles to let me know what was going on. Arrived the next morning when I was on my way to work, so made me late. Phoned customer services, never had any reply from them.

Lot of broken tiles arrived. Replaced without fuss, but still got a heap of broken tiles to dispose of. Poor redress.

Only criticism I have is the promotional window. Being offered when placing sample tile order I was not informed the offer would run out before I received the tile ! So a little disappointed that I had to ask for some discount , from a customer view point not something you should have to do

First delivery went well. Second delivery of one box of tiles didn't. Had everything ready to tile my kitchen floor and tiles did not arrive on the day. Had to completely change my plans with the tiler and kitchen fitter. The cost of the postage is expensive so would have expected a better service. Wasn't 100% happy with the customer service response either. I won't order again from this company.
