The reason the sample was small is because you ordered a free cut sample rather than a paid for full size one. For the better over all idea of what a tile will look like you can buy a full sample in the same way you ordered a free cut piece.

“About half of my tiles ordered were broke! I emailed and sent a picture to let them know they sent back asking exactly how many so told them 40 is what I had to replace! I had to replace them from another shop as I waited a long time for my tiler appointment so couldn’t wait for them to replace them! In the mean time my timer came complete Ed the job and obviously took the mess of broken tiles etc with him! They then replied when it was too late asking for a pic of each individual tiles so they could send replacements! I had already told them I had already replaced them and asked for a refund and obvs didn’t have each individual tile to take pics as it had been and gone and now not replying since I asked for a refund for the broken tiles!! If ya going to shop here expect broken tiles and if u get them make sure you take pictures of each tile separately!! I feel even if I had that I wouldn’t have got a refund anyway!!”
