We are very sorry to hear this, you are welcome to collect from us however we only have one warehouse which is based in Kettering, Northamptonshire. I am afraid this is the only location you are able to make a collection from.

“Disappointed with the customer service I received after my purchase. On receipt of delivery, we had 5 x tiles that were broken. The tiler said he might be able to use them as cuts to complete his work. It wasn't until he was nearly finished he realised he needed the extra 5 x tiles. When I made contact with the customer service department was advised that because we didn't report the damages within 48 hours they were unable to replace them. If we wanted the tiles we had to re-buy.”
