“Comparing the results from these cartridges with two local pool chemical suppliers. Their machines are state of the art and calibrated. The samples match the two stores, but the initial 45 days results across two separate cartridges are not within an acceptable range. (One cartridge off… ok, but two off? Not OK).
I left very detailed message this week and have yet to hear back from WaterGuru support. Buyer beware - your mileage may vary. I will release my daily findings after the third cartridge in mid-October. Currently it is so far off that if I tried only on the WaterGuru - my children would be swimming in unsafe water (pH, chlorine and Acid levels to be exact). Could just be a bad unit or cartridges - since I get radio silence from support… I am left wondering.”
“I am a mostly satisfied customer. The reason I give it 4 of 5 stars is that sometimes, 20% to 40% of the time, my unit fails to measure. I don't know what to blame, whether it's the cassette or the main unit. When it fails, I try a 2nd time. Sometimes that works. When it doesn't, I go and open the main unit and turn the batteries and put it back together and try a 3rd time. Sometimes that works. When that doesn't work, I pull out the cassette and check for any debris (I never find any) and put it back in. Usually after trying all the above I will get a reading. I wish it were more dependable without manual intervention on my part.”

“Love WaterGuru and the smart technology. Seems very accurate and comparable to my manual tests. However the cassettes are expensive and the main issue is they last about half as long as the app tells you they will.”
“I live 35 minutes from where I purchased my in ground pool. Although they offer free water testing, it is not convenient for me. By using the C5 in the Sense 2, I'm able to keep tabs on my inground pool daily and make adjustments quickly before my pool gets out of control. I like knowing what my water chemistry is daily and it's quite close to the professional water analysis the pool company does.”
