“Getting the chemicals correct has always had me adding too much or not enough only to have algie blooms or cloudy water. Then I had to spend more money and go back and forth to the pool store. With the C5 Water Guru, my water has been clear and easier to manage. My neighbors who have pools have told me they are going to get one since they pay heavily for pool services to manage theirs. “I used to have to take water samples to the local pool store. Sometimes it was back and forth several times when chemicals were out of whack and solutions didn't seem to work or created different problems. This cassette eliminates the running around and for routine problems a suggested solution is included through the app. The app is easy to download and use and works with the cassette.”

“Love the product and it functions without any issues. The only issues I have with it are they do not seem to last 30 days instead they last 29 for me. The next issue is that there is so much demand for the product that your restricted to only ordering one at a time. Would love to see the cartridge add a salt water ppm feature.”

“Fc and ph readings are good and consistent. The CYA seems in range, as is the alkalinity,
However the CH is way off. There is definitely room for improvement in that area.. my daily sense 2 readings are compared to weekly pool store test readings.”

“I bought the SENSE S2 early this year for my daughter and son inlaw's new above ground pool. Upon ordering a replacement cassette, I found they werent available until around the first of August. Here in Maine it is a short pool season to begin with, so focus is on keeping it clean for the 3 months of use.
It seems like poor customer service to roll out a new product, but not be able to keep up with demand for the most important part of the product itself. I bought one more cassette since they became available again, but will not purchase another for this year, may not use it at all next year either. Don't use the excuse "we did not expect the demand to be so high", thats the poor planning side, so don't use it as an excuse.
I reached out after hearing of the supply issue to get a full refund and was told that could only be done in teh first 30 days. I bought it in March and dont open pools in Main until mid May, so thats poor policy as well.
I will go back to using solely strips for my pool chemistry. Anyone reading this, and dont mind waiting for cassettes, I have a new condition Water Guru SENSE 2 to sell you?”
