We love not running a water sample to the pool store every time we need results. We can make adjustments and test as needed. It's great!

I expect Chlorine level to change, but alkalinity, calcium hardness, CYA to change everyday with wild swings is not acceptable to me. For what it costs, it should have been tested for a little more thoroughly.

I am not sure of the accuracy. This C5 indicated a very high total alkalinity. When I take a water sample to our local Bioguard dealer it shows very low TA and they want me to add increaser.

I purchased this unit to get consistent and reliable readings daily, as I was trying to solve a high CYA condition. During my nearly two month usage, the unit lost conntectivity regularly (which I filed a support ticket about and got not useful help), and learned, from the company, that their CYA measurments are not accurate. Specifically, when questioned, they advised me that their units are not able to correctly measure CYA at this time, and that I should discontinue to the use of the unit for that. I was able to get a full refund; however, find it frustrating that I prolonged by issue by using their product that was intended to solve that issue. Over all support was very slow, but adequate at giving me a refund. The connectivity issues were still not addressed at time of return.

I have had the WaterGuru for 33 days now and am still trying to baseline it. The readings appear accurate, but I am comparing and contrasting their readings to the numbers I get when I take the water to the local pool store to see what they give me. There is some disparity, but I hope going into this second month, it will level out some.
