“Have used for about 9 months. I wish I loved this product. The concept is great. The readings are sometimes so out of whack you feel the need to retest by test strips…about once a week. My last cartridge went from 13 tests remaining to zero tests in one day. Frustrating and expensive.”
“I had the original WaterGuru for a couple years and it worked ok but I had significant problems with connectivity and high temp errors. This year I reluctantly decided to upgrade to the S2 but ended up spending more time and money dealing with the inaccurate alkalinity measurements caused by the unreliable C5 cartridge. Water Guru customer support sent me a S2 cartridge which is useless to me. The concept behind WaterGuru is promising, but after 5 years of hassle, I will probably go back to strips next season.”
