“Since reading pool chemical strips for decades, it's much easier to use, but hangs up some times in skimmer, or behind deep end steps. Just need more time for its efficiency”
“Great product overall. I'v use the least amount of chemical ever so far this year. BUT, two minor issues which I would appreciate a responce from you. 1- Have the cassets last 30 or 31 days so as to more closely match the monthly calander days. 2- It appears that at times, the app doesn't accurately show the correct amount days left for the cassette to measure. That was the first month I used the Water Guru so this cassette I will keep a closer eye on the days left to use. So far a GREAT PRODUCT !!”
“I called customer service regarding the CYA reading being way lower than the reading at the pool store. They said the company is working on making the readings more accurate. So with that it’s not with the C5 cartridges because the CYA reading is not even close.”
