“The combo pack is included with the initial WaterGuru. While it works fine, I would’ve preferred a cassette 3 which is the newer version and test for more items. However, cassette 3 has been out of stock since I made the initial purchase and no future date is available.”

“The sense S2 that I have doesn’t work so I can’t use my combo pack. The support system they have in place sucks. Would not buy this system again. they close my ticket before the situation was resolved.”

“I had a sense 1 and loved its. Sense 2 readings for ph and chlorine right on target. But have had the alkalinity and calcium hardness checked twice by full lab pool store and the readings of sense 2 not accurate. Still a great product but will stick to ph and chlorine only.”

“Initially happy to get this, but, the readings are very different from manual readings and getting the water tested at two different locations. Up in the air if I will continue to use it”
“I received a 3-pack of the C5 cassettes instead of the combo pack. The combo pack gives you five months of coverage while a 3-pack of C5 only gives you 90 days. The company corrected their mistake.
Note: I have not used the C5 cartridge yet so have nothing to compare the C2 cassette performance to.”
