“I had the first SENSE unit for over two years and worked perfectly fine and was easy to use to measure the free chlorine and PH levels. It suddenly stopped measuring even after trying to connect through Bluetooth and WiFi. I went through the troubleshooting procedures on line and replaced the cassette and no luck. I contacted customer service and got linked up with a Ms. Alice from customer care which asked me some information of my current unit to prove purchase of the pool guru unit and they sent me a brand new Sense2 free of charge. I love the new model since it can measure more stuff and I love the fact that this company stands by their product. This is definitely worth your money especially if you do all your pool maintenance and save you time on taking samples to a pool company to test your water. It’s super easy to set up to your wifi and Bluetooth plus the new model connects to Alexa so all in all, I’m very impressed with ease of access to the interface and ability to order supplies using the mobile app.”

“1st one went out within a year this is a replacement. They work most of the time but everytime a cassette gets shot of test they whack out the readings. I’ve learned not to react to the test for a day or two. When they just go nuts over night.”
