The water Guru runs 5 tests but only 2 of them are even close to correct. I have talked to Jay and he is aware of this. Your corrective action is also wrong as well. With all this being said I’m not a very happy customer please feel free to reach out to me if you would like more information for the time being I’m doing a side by side test daily and log them in. I have a a LaMotte colorQ digital tester. You can look up my account to verify my readings. I was told to keep using it and you all were working on a fix to correct your readings and change your algorithm. If you all are using an algorithm to test pool water it will always be wrong. The number are what they are when it comes to a pool. Thanks and I am looking forward to hearing from someone within your company.

Unit does not show consistent readings compared to strip tests and it does not fit securely in our above ground pool skimmer box.

I had been using testing strips before buying a Sense S2. All of the color shades were so close I could never tell what was high and what was low. The Sense takes all of the guess work out of it and makes managing the chemical levels in my spa easy. My two compaints are the circular floating disk is comically large for a hot tub. It makes a lot of sense for a pool filter, but it would be great if they made a lower profile version of the product for spas. Also, test runs will fail to start about 30-40% of the time. You have to wait about 30-45 minutes before the app will allow making a second attempt. Apart from those two things the product is perfect for my needs.

Loved my Sense one but when it failed only the sense two was available. Unit came in and appears to have a problem with its antenna. Both WiFi and Bluetooth signals are very weak! The only way I can get it to work is by setting the router and my phone right next to the unit on the edge of the pool deck. After multiple videos sent to tech support over two weeks they still haven’t sent a warranty replacement. I’m wondering if I need to contact the credit card company to get involved??? I love the idea of the product and the first one I had lasted a couple of years but the runaround I’m getting on this out of box failure… Definitely can’t recommend this product at this time.

The instructions on how to replace the assembly are lacking to say the least. How you get it linked to the internet / wifi goes around in circles. But after you get it replaced it works better than the old S1.

I installed as instructed and after 2 days the sensor advised I either needed to turn pump speed up higher or a longer duration to get a reading. I took the advise on adjustments needed and my after readings were off the chart. What am I missing?
