“I usually don't take the time to write reviews but after having a problem with my Sense 2 the customer service at Water Guru was so amazing I had to write.
My Sense 2 was not working properly after 3 or 4 months of good service in my pool. After contacting Water Guru they quickly shipped a replacement unit and followed up to make sure I had no problems setting the new one up, which by the way works perfectly. Thanks Water Guru”

“Great customer service when my unit quit working. Sent out a new unit to replace the defective unit. Units work great but hope they can fix the issue with the cable to unit losing connection.”

“The device itself seems to work fine and the chemical analysis matches that of our local pool company. I have had a couple of issues with the batteries and the device losing communication, but WaterGuru customer service monitoring detected the problem and sent out a replacement device immediately.”
