“I was very excited when I ordered this. Now that I have been using it for a couple of weeks I am disappointed. The measurement for the pH and the total chlorine seem to work fine but the alkalinity hardness and stabilizer are way off. I have taken two different water samples to the pool store to compare readings. I also didn’t realize that it only took the measurement once per day and that the cassettes were so expensive. I can buy a lot of test strips for the price of this unit and the cassettes. And they are just as accurate.”

“I purchased this because it has a 30-day money back guarantee. Subsequently I decided to go with a pool service instead.
Customer service has been terrible, first to even get instructions for returning the item and a return shipping label. Now, even though I have proof that the company has received my returned item, they won't respond to my requests for the status of my refund.
They only want your money and to hell with you if you expect any kind of support or follow up service. At this point I am considered simply reporting them to Visa and challenging the purchase.
I don't recommend them.”
“I will admit I am not a pool professional, just an owner that always kind of figured out my best on how to maintain my pool. I used to just go out once a week, use a test strip and guess on the fix. I put the Sense S2 in my pool and within a few days my levels are now ideal/normal, and I confirmed that by testing at a pool store and my test strips. And this isn't even a once a week test but now every day I know if I have to make any adjustments and the water is more clear an enjoyable than ever before. I was also saved by it warning me on water flow finding out there was a clog in my filter that I wouldn't have noticed until days later but the alert keeps my pool running great!
