“I've had it for about a month and love it so far. I couldn't get used to comparing the colors to determine whether the pool was safe to swim in. The Sense gives me a digital readout of my chemical levels so I can be sure exactly where I am. It's a great investment!”
“This product works as advertised. It was pretty simple to set up and has been working great ever since. It checks my water chemistry 1 scheduled time a day and gives you the option to take a measurements when ever you want. The only thing I noticed since this is for my above ground pool: It sits on the top of my skimmer basket and not flush, which is fine just something to note. Also be careful when positioning the casset in the skimmer basket because it can prevent the flapper in the front of skimmer from opening when the pump is on. Other wise this is a great product that checks my water more often then I would do with strips.”
“Initially it didn’t work because our WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough. So we updated our WiFi and got boosters. Still didn’t work and was told cartridge was bad. They replaced the cartrige. Worked for about 2-3 days then got an error message. Was told cartridge was bad again. Currently waiting on another replacement cartridge. Hopefully this one works for moree thann 2-3 days. If not requesting money back.”

“Wasn’t very impressed by this product. Didn’t realize it takes a cartridge that you have to change every month. It doesn’t measure salt. And some of the readings did not seem accurate”

I am concerned the 3 pack of C5 cassettes coming back into stock and me losing this investment due to failure of water guru to stock consumable supplies- 12 days to go and I’m dead in the water at 1 month of ownership”
