“I have had the Sense 2 for 2 weeks. As far as testing goes the app is easy to use and accurate. Everything works as advertised. I dont like that the cover is more of a dome shape vs a regular leaf trap cover and fits loosely. If you have a painted a deck you can not paint the unit to match. When I asked about painting customer service could not give me a straight answer other than referring me to read the warranty page.”
“I own 4 pools and I travel a lot. I have put this on two of them so I can see if the maintenance persons are keeping them up. Whenever I see a problem I just screenshot it to them. Before I had this we were always having pool problems. And I had no way to monitor personally as they are 5 hour drive apart in very rural areas. The pool maintenance people rarely understand much of anything about pool chemistry (I am a certified pool operator and do I have stories to tell) . I even kept checking them on vacation in Costa Rica. Now I know the chemistry at my fingertips. I think I am going to add this to the other pools. I am just waiting to see how long they last.”
“Been using the sense 2 with the c5 cassette for about a week now, and it works great. Measurements are very accurate to the results I get from the pool store. It is so convenient to just look at the app and see the status of my pool. I do wish the cassettes did every other day so they would last 2 months instead of one. Don’t need a daily status most of the time, especially when there is a on demand option available when troubleshooting. In addition it would be nice to see the past history of the other levels like what is available for the FC and PH. I do recommend this product.”

“From day 1, FC, CYA, TA and CH were way off from the local Leslies. Only pH was matching. I wouldnt worry if it was 10 pts off on some or .1 on others but off 1.4 on FC is no good. Troubleshooting with support didn't help. Great app and easy to use but its only as good as its data. Retirned for a refund. Going with AccuBlue Home.”
