“I haven't tested the water outside of the electronic readoings but the additional information on the Sense S2 seems to provide everything I need. I'm optimistic about getting through the summer easily using this device.”
“Everything checks out vs. my chemical drop test and Leslie’s in house test, other than total alkalinity. Sense 2 is giving me a ready of 80-90 on TA and my chemical drop test and Leslie’s in house test are giving me a TA reading of 110-120. Other than that everything else checked out.”

“After nearly a year in use, we encountered and reported a malfunction with our original Sense 2 unit. Once confirmed, the folks at WaterGuru replaced it promptly and with full and very effective technical support.”
“I have added the suggestions according to the reading day 1. PH increased to normal according to the day 2 reading. Calcium and alkalinity did not change after adding calcium plus and alkalinity plus. Now however my pH is 8.0+ according to my Taylor test kit and 7.4 according to the water guru. I will need to have water tested at a local pool store tomorrow to verify if the guru is way off”
“We ordered the S2 and some additional cartridges. They were all shipped immediately and came really fast. Once arrived we noticed the cartridges were the wrong set. Jay at customer service was working after hours and immediately responded and shipped the correct set same day. As for the S2 we’ve been able to correct our own pool chemicals this year instead of just waiting for our pool company to come back and test. This was a huge win this year as it was more off than normal when they opened it due to our weather and some debris getting in over the winter. Without this we wouldn’t be ready to have our first warm weather party, our pool company is too busy opening pools to come back and check chems so we are very happy with the purchase and functionality!”
