“I really like the product, however it is a little misleading saying it gives you 24 hours coverage.
Basically, it reads one time a day and the cartridge only last 30 days. It is not like I can open the app and see what the chemical mix is at that time. I have to wait until the following day or test and reduce the days I have left for this month. Cartridges are not cheap either at 20 bucks per month. Not clear when I was looking to buy.”
“Ordered this and the square adapter at the same time. The sense 2 arrived at least a week ago but still waiting on the square adapter. Customer service hasn’t given me anything definitive as to when I’ll receive the square adapter so until I get that I don’t know if I do or don’t like the product”
“Have a new swim spa. It has a wall separating the swim spa from the hot tub. The device tells me the chemical levels on the swim spa side and then I move it to hot tub side. It is very easy to use and it tells me exactly what to add or adjust. Never had a pool, hot tub, or swim spa before so I had a learning curve when dealing with the chemicals. This made it much easier and is a great addition.”

“I would be lost without my Sense S2. It senses when it is best to measure and gives me a report on cyanuric acid, alkalinity, calcium hardness, saturation in addition to chlorine and ph. If they are not in normal range it gives me advice. Love it!”
