kept saying I needed more clorine, by the time I was done I was 300 times the amount I should have had... Drained and starting over. the whole time it said I needed more.

I just started using the Sense S2 after upgrading from acSense S1. ThevS2 is a significant upgrade. I can monitor my pool from my easy chair as opposed to using the chemical testing kits. Amazingingly simple. And thanks to Rafael in Customer Support for his outstanding and patient assistance in transitioning to the upgraded S2 system.

I was having some issues with my original sense 2. I spoke with Aly @ WaterGuru and they accomodated sending a new one in days. Replacement is working great currently!

Our first sense 2 didn't last one year and it took over two months to finally get them to realize the unit was faulty.

The customer service team took care of us no questions asked when we had trouble with our sense s1. We’re very pleased with the performance of the sense s2 thus far. Overall I recommend this company and their quality produce due to their excellent customer service.
