Any time I have had a problem, this company has responded quickly and helped fix the problem. There aren’t many companies that respond and treat their customers fairly. It’s nice to write a positive review instead of a complaint.”
“I had the original “Sense” for over a year and found this device to be very instrumental with maintaining my pool. The device faulted out and Water Guru sent me the “Sense 2” as a replacement. This new device adds so much more with maintaining your pool. The T5 cassette offers more measurements that used to require with sending in a sample. Now you have the ability to monitor more water measurements on a daily basis. Water Guru keep up the great work!”
“I am giving the Sense 2 three stars for now as far as the product itself. I received my first one on July 24, 2023. I am now on my 3rd one as of September 28. The first 2 had power failure issues.
When it works the ph and chlorine are within range of my pool store and my Lamotte color q 2x pro 7 home test kit. However, the alkalinity, calcium, and cya are all over the place, up and down so much that that part has been useless. This new one I got seems to be a little more consistent but have only done 3 tests with it so hoping for better results with this one. The ph and chlorine are my main daily concerns anyway, so I can live with the other 3 being useless although I wished they worked. The pool temperature part is spot on and my wife likes asking Alexa what the pool temperature is before she goes to the pool. Temperature is updated in the app every 30 minutes.
I would definitely rate this a 5 star product if I can get one that keeps working. I love being able to look on the app daily to check my pool numbers. I guess I may be a little bit over the top with staying on top of my pools chemical balance so I like that I can check daily without pulling out my test kit, just open the app and there it is. It even sends a notification when the daily test is completed. Saves a lot of time doing manual testing and driving to the pool store which is 45 minutes away for me.
All that being said about the Sense 2 itself, Waterguru customer service has been absolutely outstanding. They have been so helpful and easy to work with in getting my Sense 2 replaced each time. I usually have my new one in 3 or 4 days. They trouble shoot over the phone and then have you send a video of it not powering on and a replacement has been ordered with shipping confirmation within the same day if you call early enough in the morning. I would give customer service 5 stars + ✨✨✨ ✨✨ so far.
Hopefully this 3rd one will do the trick and I can enjoy several years of use and some day in the future I can update Sense 2 to a 5 star because I love the concept of it, just not the issues so far.”

“Sense 2 is the answer to our prayers for an easy-to-use, automated pool water monitor, The idea is perfect. The problem is that it is not reliable and has continuous technical difficulties. Customer service could not be better, but if the technical difficulties were smoothed out, all would be terrific.”

The support staff of WaterGuru are top notch! If you ever have a problem get in tough and they will walk you through it and do everything in their power to make it right, I know!
