“By using this product I found out how bad the pool guys were treating me especially in the winter when we weren’t using the pool. Very accurate product.”
“The sense was very easy to change out
The sense needs more information such as Alkalinity, Cyanuric Acid, Calcium Hardness, Salt ppm & Metal
Thanks & Regards,
William Childers”
“When my pool boy quit I was petrified but this product was just coming out and I decided to give it a shot. I'm now 2 years into this product. About 11 months into it, the seal (which I gauged to be hot glue or a silicone version thereof) gave way and allowed the pool water to enter the sensor which caused its demise.
I reached out the waterguru and said HEY what the hell - they sent me the upgraded version. I waited for the time test. The design of the 2.0 is incredible. The sensor gives me all the info, sends alerts - my water has NEVER been clearer even with a pro pool guy - my pool is 60,000 gallons. Its huge, nothing has been able to keep my water as blue and clear as it is.
I recommend this product so much, my mother-in-law is just getting a pool installed now (in march) I gifted her house this sensor for CHRISTmas as I know they will be incredibly happy with!
If you own a pool - please buy this product, when you pool boy overwhealms your system with shock or acid, you will be able to call them out and protect your pool lining! if you dont' - no one else would.
Water guru - thank you for this product. Thank you for giving me updated results every morning at 8 am. Thank you for telling me when my flow is reduced or my chems out of whack, thank you for verifying my pool thermisor and telling me the temp of my pool as its effected increase!
Overall - if you have a smart phone and a a pool - YOU NEED THIS SENSOR.”
“Water Guru Sense is an easier method to measure some pool chemicals than strips. Unfortunately, the Sense does not measure all of the routine chemicals measured on the strips. The Sense also requires the pool owner to keep the pool skimmer very clean to maintain good flow to the sensor. It is easier to maintain the skimmer in the Summer months when the winds do not contaminate the pool with contaminants that end up in the skimmer.”
