“I really like the bread that you get from this bread mix. I can use it for different things by adding other ingredients so it’s very versatile. The only thing that is problematic for me is the price. I just can’t afford to buy it very often. I’m not saying it’s not worth it, I just find it’s out of my budget.”
“I haven’t figured out how to use it yet. It requires dairy which we can’t have, or coconut cream which comes in cans and we can’t have for BPA/BPS reasons. So the packages just sit in my pantry. :(”
Hey Patrice. Firstly we appreciate your support! The use of dairy is optional. You can use vegan cream or yogurt that works just fine. There are also quite a few consumer brands that make yogurt or cream without dairy or coconut. These will also work with our mix. The primary objective is to find an ingredient with the consistency of yogurt.

“I am looking forward to trying your product, Miracle Bread. I've had it for a while now and have been unable to make it because I cannot find a 7.5" X 3.75" loaf pan anywhere. Is it possible you could have added a little more ingredient so that a standard size pan could be used?

Hi Steven - Thank you for your comments. First, please note that you do not have to make this bread in a loaf pan. It works great as rolls or buns, shaped by hand on a cookie sheet. Here is a recipe: https://wellnessbakeries.com/pages/golden-keto-dinner-rolls
