“Although having this wine cooler for only about a week, we have already discovered a few problems. First of all the hydrometer is not working properly. It indicates a humidity of 85% which I'd way off. The actual humidity in the cooler (determined from a separate hydrometer) is closer to 70%. Also, the temperature gauge indicates fluctuations of 2-3 degrees several times per day. The looks, shelves and ease of use are all very nice.”

“I thought I would add my thoughts and review based on some of the comments I read. I bought my first Eurocave in 2002, a multi temp model that still performs like it did today, the first day we received it. I now own 4 models, the last one purchased in 2010. The rolling shelves work greatâ€”- once you correctly adjust the width IAW the owners manual. (They have adjustment screws on the sides.) Temperature control is as advertised +/- 3 degrees, butmostly prett exactly as set. It is important to make sure they are not exposed to direct sunlight to avoid temperature fluctuations - which if you have full glass doors as I do would also impact longer term cellaring. I have occasional problems with humidity control- usually too high -and icing. As to the capacity, as is explained.... bottle size matters. Vary bottle sizes require some thought to maximizing your rack space. I generally get 9 to 11 bottles on a shelf depending on region and bottle length.”

“It is sleek and holds the temperature well. It doesn't hold as many bottles as advertised unless you stick with Bordeaux bottles. However, the drawers work well and the unit is much more adaptable to other bottle sizes. This is in contrast to past reviews.”
