“We have been using our new EuroCave Performance 259 Built-In Wine Cellar for a few weeks now and are very happy with it. The white glove delivery was easy. The team came within the delivery window and left with all the packing materials so we didn't have to clean anything up. Now, hopefully we don't have to take advantage of the extended warranty we purchased. Our previous unit was not a EuroCave and only lasted about 5 years. We decided to pay the premium price of a EuroCave to avoid the expense and trouble of dealing with a lower quality brand.”

“The Eurocave Performance 259 is working well and looks jst great in our newly remodeled Kitchen. It is a quality product. The Eurocave was ordered by my contractor. What I cannot understand is why is has so few shelves. I suppose I now have to order additional shelves in order to take full advantage of the unit. You would think when purchasing a quality product like Eurocave the shelves would be there and if you wanted more room in any section of the unit, the owner could just remove the shelf and put it aside for later use.”

“My wife and I received this fridge from her parents as an anniversary present and we are eternally grateful. We've had the fridge for a few weeks and loading everything was easy and simple. The temperature stays constant as well as the humidity so the bottles are being preserved very well.If there is one negative it is the process to anchor the fridge to the wall. My wife and I completed the task with a lot of measurement and trial and error but this could have simply be avoided with a template from Eurocave. With the amount of money that was invested in to purchasing this fridge I wish that Wine Enthusiast provided some sort of home service to set everything up. Overall very satisfied with the fridge and the temperature that it keeps all of the bottles at.”

“I was looking at a number of wine cooler options from Wine Enthusiast and other places. Glad that I connected with specialist Adam Dunefsky via online chat and phone. He was extremely helpful in explaining my options and determining the solution to my needs. I had a specific location in mind for a cooler and due to the limited space I had, the built in feature with front ventilation was perfect. White glove delivery went without a hitch. The Eurocave unit is working perfectly keeping temp at 55 and humidity at 60. More than enough capacity for my needs. Great buying experience and looking forward to many years of enjoyment. “If you like having Pinot or chardonnay then this cabinet is not a great choice. We have cab bottles that fit very well and the shelves roll in and out with no problem. Once you put some pinot bottles or chardonnay on a rack above or below you start to have issues. Racks do not pull out straight, they get caught on the rack above and then start to pull out crooked. I am very surprised that a company like euro cave did not add a few more inches in height to this cabinet so you could store a wide range of bottles.”

“The first unit that was shipped to me was DOA and missing the extra shelves I had ordered, and I rejected the shipment. WineEnthusiast accepted it back and sent me a second unit within a few days, and I received the shelves separately. The second unit has a ding on the top of the door but the seal (and window seal) was intact and I didn't want to wait for yet a third unit. The unit has been working properly and keeping my white wines at serving temperature. As for the shelves, I had ordered MDS shelves but got the flat kind. It turns out that the flat ones are more useful for half-bottles since I can fit more of them on a shelf, so I'm glad I ended up with those.”

“I read a lot of reviews before selecting this unit. We built a wine bar in our dining room, so I actually ordered two units. As everyone has commented, the unit does not hold as many bottles as advertised, if you have a lot of the larger cab bottles. That said, the ease of removing some of the bottle holders makes the unit a breeze to customize. I ordered extra pull out shelves to make viewing bottles easier. I found moving the shelves around and installing the extras to be very easy. We have had the until for two weeks and the temperature and humidity levels have remained exactly where we want them. The units are very quiet and look great! I found the instruction manual to be helpful and easy to read regarding setting temperature, interior lighting and humidity. Overall I am a very happy customer!”
