“It looks very nice, keeps the temperature noiselessly. I like it a lot. The only complaint I have is that I don't know how one gets 200 bottles in it. I followed the directions and pictures, and could not squeeze 200 in. But as long as you need a few less than 200, it is great.”

“Just got delivered. Looks awesome. Delivery was great. Fast, friendly and professional. Put it right where I wanted it. Problem is the power supply is not on the bottom left, it’s bottom right. And the power cord is definitely not ~70”, it’s closer to ~52”. Which means I’ll be about 18” short to reach the outlet at the location. So now I have to move it myself to another location in the house or run an extension cord. Just a real bad first impression on something that as simple getting the measurable specs right. I’ll report back on functionality. Got to be honest though, now I’m just expecting to be disappointed there too. If you can’t get the little details right, I don’t have a lot of faith that you can get the more details right either.”

“I was quiet happy with my purchase, until last week, when one of the shelves fell onto a shelf below. Both shelves were inside the wine refrigerator, i.e. neither one of the 2 shelves had been pulled out. The shelf that fell had only 3 bottles of wine it, so it was not too heavy. The shelf below had 8 bottles of wine! Fortunately no bottles broke. However I am not able to figure out how to replace the shelf.”

“After I let the wine cellar sit for 3 days, I plugged it in and let it cool down, which worked perfectly. I then began loading bottles into it. I had two shelves that, once I stacked extra bottles on the bottom ones, the shelves collapsed on one side (both on the right side). These are not built sturdy at all! I had to unload bottles, taking it down to just one layer per shelf so I didn't experience the same thing with the rest of the shelves. No where near the 200 bottle capacity they claim. Would not recommend.”
