I haven't received it yet. It is not right that you billed me for it one month before it will arrive

This is a very nice wine storage unit and does not take up a lot of room. The manufacturer does explain that it may not hold 200 bottle of wine unless your bottles are ALL Bordeaux bottles. We did not realize they really meant Bordeaux and not standard cab bottles from the U.S. The rows of wine we have with Bordeaux bottles do hold a good deal of wine, but even bottles just a little bit bigger than this narrow bottle will cost you space. Still a good buy, but don't expect anything close to 200 unless all your bottles are cabs from France... We ended up with 137 bottles.

The unit was delivered on time; well packaged, and installed as requested. Shelving was already installed and the unit was up and running as described in minutes. Considering the different sizes and shapes of wine bottles, the capacity is more than adequate for my needs. I would highly recommend the Wine Enthusiast and this unit.

Good looking unit, holds temperature well, not noisy at all. Can't get 200 bottles in it. The shelves aren't sized for maximum capacity. When the shelves are pulled out, the sliding mechanism under each shelf snags the door gasket on the hinged side of the door. Had to get some pliers and twist the metal shelf supports so that it doesn't eventually tear the gasket.

While I had to purchase two units to get the capacity I needed, still a fairly small footprint for both units. Very quiet as I have them in my office I don't hear them at all.

This is a cool cooler (pun intended). It looks nice, is quiet and keeps the temperature consistent. The blue lights are a nice touch! Shelving slides out smoothly, giving you a total view of the wine. Here's my beef- It's rated as a 200 bottle unit but says that your bottle count may go down if you have other than standard red wine bottles (Bordeaux). I think that we all have a good amount of larger format bottles i.e. Chardonnay, Syrah, Pinot Noir. Even the standard Bordeaux bottle is often bigger, wider and taller these days. Like most people, I have a mix of wine bottles and found that 140 bottles was about the most I could stock and still have the shelves open without jamming due to too many bottles.I believe that people that invest in wine cellars buy nicer wines in all kinds of bottle sizes. My wish would be to have a more realistic bottle count listed for these cellars.

Very pleased with my purchase. The installation team was excellent . It will actually hold the quantity of bottles advertised and it is visually attractive in the room . It's become a conversation piece when friends come over. Looking forward to expanding my collection and filling it

While it doesn't "easily" hold the 200 bottles, it does meet expectations in offering an aesthetic option to store wine. I'm so pleased that I ordered another one.
